Hello,
I am seeking information regarding an item of ephemera I have found which is entitled “The English and Those Boers by Sylvia, illustrated by M J R Norris”.
It is a book containing hand painted plates depicting images of dolls, English and black, engaged in various scenes relating to the conflict between them including “The Overthrow”.
I am interested to learn who ‘Sylvia’ was and whether this document is a ‘known’ publication or a ‘unique’ survivor?

The forum limits images to less than 2000 pixels in either dimension. On my phone I have an app that allows me to modify the dimensions of images. Hopefully that will help?
