Not much to go on as always with old photographs,possibly a family group?
The two uniformed men have medal ribbons.

A nice picture which doesn't give us much to go on :( Their uniforms seem particularly devoid of identifying marks.

Knowing that the picture was taken in London doesn't help very much either.
