A recent postcard find, a memorial to the Brigade of Guards who fell at the battle of Magersfontein.

Hello Paul,
Now that is nice, I say that because it is one that I am sure I have never seen before, the Highland Brigade ones are far more common.

Frank,

Its a new one to me also, a simple looking memorial.
I wonder if it still stands today?

Paul,

I am not sure what happened to that memorial. I cannot see it on any of my pictures of Magersfontein nor on the pictures from Kimberley.
