Greetings, would appreciate confirmation of the unit in the photo (believed to be from the Major William Francis Barr collection), perhaps the Second Contingent of the Victoria Mounted Rifles (Barr's unit)? Thanks.

There are Two W.F. Barr's in find my past, one fully spelt out as William Francis....... In realy reading them they are the same man......
