Hi. We have a pocket watch which we think could be connected to the Boer war and the Imperial Military Railway 1899-1902. It is a Lund and Blockley to the queen, serial 0327. With IMR and 153 on the casing. It won’t let me upload from an iPhone as photos too big. Would these have been issued? Thanks.

Are you sure this was from the South African War? The foreign-looking numerals [not the Roman ones] are not South African.
