Good Evening Everyone.....

I was lucky enough today to obtain over 200 Glass Lantern Slides some colour but mostly black and white......

Has anyone had a photographic studio take these slides and make them into proper photos.....

Guess I am going to have to look for a projector now.....

I think more of us are going to have to move to Calgary as you find the most amazing items!

I don't think I have seen a full set of these images so it does sound like a summer project?? If you capture the images, I will host them. How does that sound?

No problem with sending you the results.....

I tried to scan a couple and then enlarge them but that did not work, will do a little more experimenting....

Hope you have some sucess scanning them, would be great to see.
I had some good finds today at a medal fair, got some of the stereo type photos, have scanned them and about to post.

I have been trying to scan some of the slides and the coloured ones do not turn out at all and the black and white ones well I will let you see for yourself.....

Thats not too bad, always going to be difficult with glass.
