PRINCE CHRISTIAN VICTOR.
"In memory of Prince Christian Victor the East Surrey Regiment has purchased a house at their headquarters at Kingston-on-Thames as a cottage home for a disabled soldier and family. The fund for providing the home was started in 1901, and received the warm support of the 2nd Battalion, which is in South Africa. The officer commanding the 31st Regimental District is trustee for the property, which will be conveyed to the Incorporated Soldiers' and Sailors' Help Society. Lady Bucknill has been mainly instrumental in raising the funds for the purchase of the home, and £50 is needed to complete the endowment."

The County Observer and Monmouthshire Advertiser, Saturday 17th January 1903

Does this house still exist? If it doesn't, where was it and is there a photo of it.

It's not impossible that it's still there, fulfilling its original purpose. In Lancaster there is the Westfield War Memorial Village, opened in 1924 for married, disabled ex-servicemen and their families. It's still there today and priority is still given to families of war victims.

The East Surrey Regiment disappeared during several regimental amalgamations, and there doesn't seem to be a regimental museum.

Edit - The Incorporated Soldiers' and Sailors' Help Society later became the Forces' Help Society, and in 1997, after an amalgamation, became the Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association. I'll contact them. www.ssafa.org.uk/surrey
