This is my first post and I need some information before I buy a QSA/KSA pa
ir of medals.

I am trying to find the QSA Medal roll of 75992 Gunner R Brown 19th BTY R.F. Artillery .He is entitled to 4 clasps. T/heights.OFS.Relief of Ladysmith and Transvall.
I have found the roll for the KSA on Ancestry but cannot find the roll for the QSA 4 clasps.

I will be very pleased if some one,could find this information for me or tell how I can find it myself before I buy these medals.

Hello Zippy,

Gunner Brown is confirmed on the QSA Roll to the 19th Batt RFA.

The 4 clasps as you have mentioned are correct as stated. Under the remarks it shows that he served only in the 19th Batt. The roll was signed off in Barberton (Transvaal) in July 1901.

I will now contact the seller and buy these medals.

How on earth did you find the QSA medal rolls for this man.I looked on the Ancestry site several times and could not find this information.I only found the KSA medal roll.

Could I ask you, how you found it so quickly and where did you get the results from.?.Was it on the Ancestry site or is there another website that provides this information.
