How does one get copies (preferably digital) of film in the BFI archives?

I'm particularly interested in a collection called 'Victoria Cinema 16'

I live in South Africa, so a personal visit is unlikely!

I have found BMI films on Youtube. Worth looking there. You can view and if you know how, record them.
