Looks like Green Point to me too. It's a suburb of Cape Town.

I would say the "????? Point" & the "Colombo" beneath were written by the same hand using the same pen as were the dates to the right - note the similar incline of all the one digits. So I think you might ned to be looking for a Military Hospital in Colombo Ceylon (Sri Lanka) - there was one alongside Beira Lake, Colombo at the time.
