Could someone look up 14318 DVR. E Priday ASC for me and tell me any information on his service in the war? He also served in the First World War under the number M/333065 in the ASC and is listed as A Priday. Thank you!

m1garand1,

He was Albert Priday, from Horfield, Bristol. Born 1880.

He served in No 9 and 15 Companies earning the QSA (1) CC and KSA (2). The ASC carried out a diverse role during the war.

There are service papers for him available for free at the National Archives or for a fee online at FindMyPast.

Thank you for the information! I have just purchased his KSA, BWM and Victory medal group (the star and QSA are missing unfortunately).
