The Museum has a small area for the City Soldiers and I am very grateful to the Museum for allowing me to reproduce these images of their Boer War section.

A very interesting collection of Boer War relics. Thank you for sharing with us. Modern museums often reduce the quantity of items on display to a few objects more decoratively displayed. I think there is a lot to be said in favour of old fashioned quantity, rather than modern minimalist quality. Museum storerooms are the really interesting places to visit.

Regards
Brett
