TOPIC:

A town in the Transvaal from which a Commando and the South Africa Republic's Constabulary (ZARPs) originated.

By 30 May 1900, the town was surrounded by Roberts's forces and forced to surrender.

The Johannesburg clasp was granted to all troops who, on May 29th, 1900, were north of an east and west line through Klip River Station (exclusive), and east of a north and south line through Krugersdorp Station (inclusive).
