I paid GBP1600 for a BSAP no bar, CGHGS with TWO bars, QSA Defence of Kimberley and a Kimberley Star.

So I would say with a single bar Cape medal up to 1000 pounds? I typically take the value of the single medals, which Medal Yearbook will have, and then add 25% if it is a group.
