Tom (assume Thomas?) Arthur Voules CP2 QSA is shown in WO100/281 page 240, with the same clasps as Francis Edward William White, who (White) appears to be 41467 Trooper, South African Light Horse, moreover, his medal was issused from the roll of CP2 not CP1.

I wonder if you could help me out with a little research, I have a QSA, with claps Defence of Kimberley, Relief of Mafeking, Orange Free State, and Transvaal to a Corporal F E W White No 543 who was in district 1 of the Cape Police and a KSA to a Corporal T A Voules who was promoted Lt on 18-6-02. As I don't know what his QSA clasps are? and what district he was in.
The KSA has been unofficially re-named with his rank as Lieutenant.

Many thanks for your help and assistance in this matter and I look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Hello Anthony,
From memory quite a high number, 500 plus, I think, would be a fiqure that comes to mind, so a number similar to the 1st Loyal North Lancashire's and very nice with a Paardeberg clasp too!
Adrian, what do you think?
Regards Frank

I think that any QSA issued to a member of the Cape Police with a Defence of Kimberley clasp is a really superb medal and well worth having.

Does anyone have any idea as to how many DOK bars were issued to the Cape Police.

Thanks
Anthony
