Notables
Bronze SJAB medals were presented by His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales, Grand Prior of the Order, to 15 prominent people at a ceremony at the Palace of St James on 14 July 1902. These individuals did not serve in South Africa but they had merited distinction by virtue o "conspicuous service to the Order, in connection with the mobilisation of the Brigade"
