Thank you so much for taking the time to research for me, I am really grateful.
Its always good to have some extra information to add to a new medal purchase but no worries I am very happy with the medal itself.
I have found him listed on the Nominal rolls here so thats a little extra!

Ok...... I am not sure...... But.....

Does the Transvaal bar look thinner to anyone.....

Or is it my old eyes......

Well spotted!
I noticed that after I edited the photograph onto my computer.
Had a look at the bar and it was angled slightly back, when it was straight it was ok.

That's a nice offer but I think it would be a copyright issue if you did that so it is best avoided.
