Congratulations on a great acquisition. Such Natal Police groups are way beyond my means but I am always happy to see them end up in a good home (rather than as an investment for a rich banker!)

I bid a single amount with several options and I was pleased to get my first choice at a good price. It was Lot 80, a QSA/KSA to a Gordon Highlander. Another gap in my collection filled!

I went through the QSAs in the catalogue last night and wrote the prices next to them. While a couple went for lower than I expected the good QSAs commanded a .. what's the word? high? reasonable? fair price? I think sometimes my view of prices stopped keeping up to date a few years ago!

Yes I know what you mean, not good, but Natalie does get nice medals, I did not bid in this sale, actually I have not bought anything from City Coins for quite some time.
I always found the costs to be high, postal costs and the fact that you had to pay by bank draft, so you payed to pay!
I think we are well served here for QSA's Spink had lots in their April sale this year.

I know what you mean but the quality and range of City Coins material often outweighed those considerations. And the buyer's premium is only 15%
