The very nice QSA (0) name to Insptr: H. Keightley. Imp: Trnspt: Ser:, previously posted by Steve, appears in the next Noonan's sale.

I was fortunate to buy the Keightley medal in the Noonans auction. Thanks to all who have contributed so much information about this unit.
I also have a no clasp QSA to Conductor W. J. Hopper , Imperial Transport Service.
Is there any information about the role and purpose of the Kongha Special Police , which are mentioned alongside the Keightley entry on the medal roll ?
