M&E say H. C. Graham of the Kandy District, Ceylon, served with the Ceylon Contingent Mounted Infantry (later known as the Ceylon Mounted Rifles) and is confirmed on the medal roll with the following remark ‘Reissued on repayment and SA 1901 added, issued 13.9.06.’
