Mike - A very nice medal to the Upper Tugela RA.

Frank - I will have a look at the medal to see whether there are any signs of it being resuspendered.

On closer inspection, I would say this was not the original suspender for Lund

Quite frankly David, although it is what it is, I would want a better example, certainly not a medal I would ever be really happy with.

As a collector of Rifle Association QSAs, if I didnt have one to a particular Association, I should be delighted to have an example whatever the condition. With RA QSAs one doesnt really have the luxury of being too choosy - there are so few of them about.
Just to put it out there _ I am still looking for examples to the Weston RA and the Karkloof RA .

I notice British Medals (Rennie Alcock) has two no clasp QSAs to Rifle Associations currently for sale.

1) Tpr. E. Oldfield, Wilgefontein RA. Claims only 18 medals to unit. £270.

2) Tpr. R.J. Lund, Malton RA. Claims only 21 medals to unit. £230.
