Thanks Mike, very impressive. The badges don'r seem to circulate in Australia which is strange as the number of Australians that served in the South African units was quite large as you well know. I'll leave the collecting of badges to others. A photo of the the medal/s will do me.

Not long for Noble's, the catalog is supposed to be on line on Monday.
I have a 'war chest' and will be needing it this month.

Fine rare die-cast gilt crowned circlet “COMMANDER IN CHIEF’S YEOMANRY ESCORT. SOUTH AFRICAN FIELD FORCE” with applied coronet and cypher of Lord Roberts to eggshell blue enamel centre.
