Here are extracts from the title page, page 136-141 and pages 162-163.

These pages deal with Maxwell, but there may be more references in the book to him. I borrowed this book from a library in the USA. It is very difficult to find.

Through Yale's library I could do a search to see what pages 'Maxwell' came up on:

But as you said it does appear to be hard to find - hopefully one day someone will get the ability to digitise it before it gets lost.
