I am of the opinion that the plan of the Wepener position to which you refer was published in Volume 2 of "With the Flag to Pretoria" (Harmsworth Bros., print date 1901). As a form of attribution, the map in WTFtoP has the notation "Walker and Cockerell SC". Presumably the map's source.
