George Clarke was killed during the desperate fight upon Wynne Hill and was subsequently buried there with his name appearing on the battalions monument, I assume his name also appears in All Saints Church Ladysmith.

He died on 22nd February 1900 at Wynne's Hill, I believe. I am interested in finding where he might be buried or where there is a memorial to him in South Africa.

Excellent, I assumed he would have his name there, but, certainly delighted to see it.
