You have probably already seen this M. J. Joubert tombstone (female) but I send it in case you have not. The dates are a possibility: b 1873, d 1954, buried, SA. www.geni.com/people/MJ-Joubert/6000000019235914183

There are references to a Jozua Jourbert, and a Maggie Jourbert (different spelling) in "The Great Anglo-Boer War" by Byron Farwell, ISBN 0-06-011204-2.
