It looks like JJ Trydell Perkins or Jenkins but, apart from a Trydell who was a Civil Veterinary Surgeon, I can't get a match - I'll keep looking.

Described as:

Green Point Track POW camp/Standard Bank of South Africa, a credit slip for £2000 in the form of 1000 British sovereigns and 1000 Kruger sovereigns, made out to the Commandant, also another for £171, both from 1901.
