I thought others might benefit from the attached list of casualties on 6 January 1900.

Hulley is third from the top.

The main defenders of Wagon Hill were men of the Imperial Light Horse. The gallantry of the regiment's 'other ranks' was acknowledged by a posthumous VC to Trooper Herman Albrecht, and a DCM to Corporal William Weir. The latter was rewarded for rescuing his wounded squadron commander, Captain (later Colonel Sir) William Codrington, under fire. I recently added Weir's DCM to my collection.

Rory - This is interesting as number 46 is a name that I haven't come across in any other reference. I can't quite make out the name for sure. Is it Bodtker?

Kinlock is listed in the casualty roll but as Kinloch. The four BMR casualties are as per the Natal FF casualty roll.

David
