Hello,
The numeral refers to the number of clasps on the QSA.

Hi, this medal has Laing's Nek, Transvaal, Relief of Ladysmith, Tugela Heights wich are presumably correct, it also has Orange Free State which I presume was OFS. What is KSA?

Yes welcome to the forum......

The K.S.A. stands for King's South Africa Medal

It would have had 2 bars: South Africa 1901 and South Africa 1902
