You have set a challenge to the rest of us to find the missing ones - my attempts to find a photo of the Zayathala led to this which others might find interesing as regards his medals.

I have now updated my posts on the main Transport thread to include all ships' officers that I have been able to find (a big thank you to Meurig Jones for his Transport Medal transcriptions on FMP).
Also thank you David for uploading the eight new photographs, which fill a few of the blanks ...
These latest additions include three of the very last transports to be engaged by the Admiralty, and confirm that ships registered after December 1901 were issued with numbers that had already been used by transports whose contracts had ended.

I have been consulting three sources: Evans 1973, Meurig Jones and this site. All have variations, so it is useful to be able to compare the three. I have found quite a few errors in Evans.

Does anyone understand the logic behind the presentation of the Transport Medals as far as Freight (Men) Ships were concerned? It seems to me that the officers on the latter ships were performing precisely the same duties as those on the designated Admiralty Transports and Hospital Ships, yet they do not appear to have been similarly awarded. For instance, there is no record of the officers of the S.S. Goth receiving the medal, yet the ship transported 3,194 officers and men during the ABW.
