dear david, do you have any more info on william frank scott 6067?i am particularly interested in the boer war and he was only 18 when he signed up, so i wondered what he did.i have him in the 1901 census at ramillies barracks, farnborough, hampshire. thank you very much for your help,debbie

dear david, william frank scott fought in the great war, earning a mons medal and was discharged as physically unfit para, 392 on 28th nov 1918.he then became a tram driver in birmingham.he died in 1941.he was a serjeant in the machine gun corps reg no; 83367 and previous a private in worcester reg 13404.he was mobilized at hilsea 5th aug 1914.thanks, debbie
