Ancestry has his initials as J I Colley
Lance Corporal Nesbitts Horse 1901 Clasp. Notes - moved to Cape Police
Trooper 154 Nesbitts Horse J Colley crossed out. Notes - Protectorate Regiment
Trooper 154 James Colley Protectorate Regiment Frontier Force, D Squadron.
Defence of Mafeking, Orange Free State & Transvaal.
You probably have all that info? but the handwriting does look like Innes.
