Hope this helps.
In the 1980's, before the Internet days, I spent some thousands of pounds to get A-3 hard copies from the PRO.
They sent me separate "jiggled" copies of these two illegible MMR pages

It looks like the medal roll is a printing from one of those old spirit copiers that was moved before it dried properly......
