Acknowledgements

Hi, How would I establish if Attfield Percy Edgar Private 7444 Source: QSA Medal Rolls actually received his medal? I also need information on his birth date when he joined and when he left the army. He was wounded in the right hip or upper leg but I dont know at which place.
