Good Heaven's that is remarkable, I seem to remember looking at Adey within a time period of, well, certainly less than three years ago, for a member of his family, a small world!

That is quite a coincidence Frank - I have had Adey for several years now and acquired his medals and original paperwork from his family nearby. I recall at the time them mentioning that Henry Adey's brother Charles' medals (an almost identical combination) were with a relative but when I put the question to him he didn't know where they were.

Indeed, from memory, I think it was his great grand son, again, from memory, up in Rustenburg I think.

Thanks to some diligent sleuthing yet another photograph of Frank Sothcott has surfaced!
