Thanks for your hard work David.

I'm enjoying the revamped toolbar; I had been writing in word, then copying across and fixing up all the fonts.

The revamped site copy's all the fonts across from Word making posting so much easier...or else I had just been doing it wrong all this time.

Thanks,
Shaun

Shaun,

I have not been a fan of the new toolbar pasting in HTML by default but I can see the advantages when you have formatted the text already.

I have been testing out the 'paste and match style' option which strips the formatting, but, if I am not careful, replaces the line breaks/carriage returns with nothing so I end up with a block of text.

We have been working on the mail notifications this morning so you may start to see more of these from now.

Best wishes
David

David,

Personally, I much preferred it when one could see the coding. I quite often use tables, and creating these without code to copy and paste is not easy. Indeed, as yet, I haven't been able to work out how tables are created with the new toolbar. Also, I find visible code gives one much more control over formatting text.

Neville,

I appreciate that. There are some issues with the previous toolbar which necessitated a change. There are other others. Please leave with me for a while to investigate further.
