Good Afternoon Everyone......

I have to take a series of photos for my insurance company so the medal(s) or collectables above a certain value can be added to my policy......

Here is my latest acquisition.....

Thankfully it arrived before the big postal strike but before the drop in the value of the pound.....

He is on FmP (and The Register) - surname is Guttridge - as per WO97 and WO100 - and the medal naming.

I m must be going blind..... Old Age and Flashbacks .......

I served in the navy with a friend called "Gutteridge", and I guess my mind flashed back and added the "e"......

Thank god I had not sent it to the insurance company yet.....

Hello Mike,
That is a really superb example, I like the fact that his SA War Gratuity is so clearly noted as being paid by the "Paymaster Woolwich"
I should be very pleased with that if I were you, a bloody hard ride to Kimberley.
