Just a quick question on the medal rolls. If a roll has the clasps awarded and the item is crossed through, was it awarded or is this just an admin function? I am looking at the ASC for colonials and all are there but crossed through.

It depends.....clasps could have been awarded off another roll, but if the recipient is a civilian then, generally, they weren't given clasps.
