Captain F M S Pennell, Cape Colonial Forces, not awarded as he was ordered back to civilian duty 25.12.01 at the request of the Civil Government and was not actually serving in the Field on or after 1.1.02 but at work in the Post Office, discharging the duties of his civil employment.
