Good Morning Ladies and Gentlemen......

Please see attached photos of a package of handkerchiefs that were sent by The Princess of Wales to every soldier wounded and in hospital.....

These were given to the men who were shipped home to England due to the seriousness of their wounds or illness if sent home due to disease.....

The interesting thing is that these handkerchiefs were in packages of two and wrapped with a cotton wrapper and a paper label.

Open Size: 20 Inches x 16 Inches

Makers Mark: None..... The word England is printed in lower right corner

Material: Cotton
