Hi Brian,

You are not alone, that seems to be Micheal's way. I am in exactly in the same boat and are yet to make it to the AMC mailing list. Think it brings out the hunter in all of us!!

Thanks for posting up the QSA lots David.

Goodluck with your bidding.
Stephen

I have to rely on a friend in Durban to forward the latest auction to me. Repeated requests to be placed on his mailing list have still resulted in nothing. Very strange!

Regards
Brian

A surprisingly long list of QSA's for a single sale! Thank you for posting it, David. Like Brian, I must wait for a forwarded copy of the sale catalogue from the privileged Durban resident who is on the Kaplan's mailing list.

I did not find anything that interested me, which is just as well in view of my wild extravagance on the recent City Coins sale.

I believe he has increased the buyers premium up to 17%?

Brian,

The increase was to 17.5% from this auction, presumably onwards.

17.5% now. Since he was only 15% for years, and others are 20% and up, I'm still happy with it.

I missed out on City Coins and there are a couple of must haves for a TG collector like me on Kaplan, so I'm excited about it.

David,

Thanks for posting. My theory that there is at least one sleeper in every auction is certainly proved right in this case!
