The next DNW auction has an excellent range of QSAs including 14 Elandslaagte clasps, medals to correspondents ...

Some top quality items there David.

I, for one, and glad nothing tempted me on yesterday's auction.....

Regards

Some nice items there, unfortunately the Noble's auction is in late July so hopefully there will be a couple of items that are worthwhile bidding on. Some more of the Bill Woolmore collection.
I bid in advance on some of the Town Guard QSA's but managed to 'nod off'and missed them. The perils of trying to stay awake until midnight. At least their on line bidding is easy to use.

And no online bidding surcharge either!

Noble produce their catalogue on the 6th so there will be a difficult 2 weeks ahead and then, of course, there is the fantastic City Coins catalogue to come at some point.

One of the reasons that I don't like bidding on DNW auctions is all the extra charges they pile on..... Can easily increase your reasonable bid by 50 percent.....

MIke,

I like the modification they made to their site recently where the total amount, including all additional charges, is shown, so we're less tempted to equate the bid price with the figure that appears on the invoice,
