Hi

I have a QSA medal with 3 clasps.
Transvaal / Orange Free State / Cape Colony.

It has MIL: Med: S.C. on the edge and I wondered if someone can tell me what this means please.
It also has a Bottle Green Ribbon. I cannot find an image of the medal anywhere to confirm if it has the correct ribbon.
Would it be the wrong one?

It was awarded to Pte C. J. TosdevineNo. 1739 and he was serving in the RAMC.

Many thanks for any advice.

Carol

Private Tosdevine, a member of the Militia Medical Staff Corps served, amongst other places, at the General Hospital Bloemfontein during the Anglo Boer War, his medal and clasps are clearly verified and in WO100/224.
The ribbon is shown under your chosen username to the left of your post.
