I have also had the "Invalid Token" message on a few occasions. It follows from a need to 'log in', rather than the usual direct link to the site that follows from being recognised by a member.

My apologies for these problems. I have changed the cache settings just now and will be interested to hear if these issues persist.

I am planning a major upgrade to the site in the next few weeks and I hope that this will improve performance. I am working on this now and will advise of the date in due course.
