Thank you for taking the time to respond .... it is very much appreciated! You definitely have the right Morgan..... fantastic! I've been through all 4 parts of WO 100 77 from TNA three times now and cant find the pages you have posted here. You must have a more complete version than TNA has.
I was intrigued to see that the roll page you posted below has his entitlement for the 1896 Rhodesia medal but no mention of the 1897 Mashonaland clasp on the page ... I suspect a subsequent page relating to 1897 medal/clasp issues? The transcript on the site here (copy attached) confirms his 1897 clasp. I was going to cheekily ask if I could get hold of your copy of the roll for future research... but I'm not sure how to do that with such a large file (2MB limit on gmail etc.). Thanks again for your help !
