I on the other hand have had 2 experiences with him. The first was a group i bought and on which he even agreed to discount. No problem there he also replied to emails. The second occasion was a naval group where the one medal had been renamed. On its arrival I contacted him and he agreed to refund my money on the return of the group. It took a few more emails but I got my money back. Sadly he put the group back on eBay without a note as to it being renamed.

That is all fair and well, but when half a world away you would expect a bit more info from the seller.

Won't ever waste my time with this character again.

There's an entire thread on this seller on the British Medals Forum entitled 'A flood of MC's, AFC's and DFC's are any genuine?' Lots of shiny gallantry medals issued unnamed but all offered named up at eye watering prices. Shocking stuff.

By the way the greengrocer's apostrophes are the OP's not mine.

I have purchased three items from this seller...... Two were perfect and the third is on it's way (Postal Strike excepted) and I have had no problems......

And yet I have purchased from one of the most reputable dealers in the business and had nothing but troubles.....

Who can tell from a distance.......
