Thank you for your comments.
When i bought the photo the dealer did tell me where he thought the location was (somewhere in England) but I foolishly did not write it down.
I have emailed him with the question, just waiting for a reply, will update when received.

Just receive an email with some location details.
"Location is near Runcorn you can see the cliff from the motorway"
