Anglo Forces

The British and colonial forces that were engaged in the Boer War were made up of military personnel from the Army and Navy, and a wide range of civilians.

The Army was comprised of three elements; the British Army, Colonial Contingents and South African Forces.  The total force that was deployed during the Boer War consisted of:
